General Medicine and Diabetology Work ?
The Department of General Medicine offers a wide range of services that provides specialist care for patients with undifferentiated symptoms and conditions in an effective and timely manner, and provides holistic care for the patient.
The department of General Medicine provides the prevention, diagnosis, and management of diseases in adults, who have acute or chronic illnesses with undifferentiated complicated conditions. All our physicians are well trained General Physicians who also practise a subspecialty of their choice in one of the following : Cardiology, Endocrinology and Diabetes, Respiratory and Intensive Care Medicine, Renal Medicine, Infectious Disease, Dermatology, Neurology, Immunology and Rheumatology.
We believe in good clinical evaluations of the patient, appropriate investigation and treatment, which is evidence-based. However, if and when required to conduct specialty investigations, we have full access to the latest CT scans, MRI, Cardiac, Neurological, Respiratory and Gastroenterology Investigation Tools.
